Product Preparation
There are 4 types of our products available: semi-smoked sausages, cooked smoked sausages, cooked sausages, and hot dogs.
Depending on the type of sausage, the cooking process varies. For example, semi-smoked and cooked smoked sausages are left to rest for 5 or 7 days. As a result, the product becomes dried, the casing fully set, and it acquires a bright red color.
